DESCRIPTION:Music Ministry is a big part of CFBC! \nMusic\, in whatever form\, can lift you. When the people of God come together and begin singing from their hearts to the Lord\, something unexplainable begins to happen. Like a mighty wave in the ocean\, the Holy Spirit shows up. Sometimes it’s like a gentle breeze that bathes\, refreshes\, and renews the spirit of the weary Christian. Sometimes it is an overwhelming experience. Suddenly\, your heart feels like it’s about to burst. Your cup truly runs over! \nIt can also bring conviction and help us recognize that we need to make a change in our lives. It might be in a relationship\, in our walk with God\, a tradition\, or a bad habit. It draws us closer to God and encourages us to make changes. \nAt CFBC\, we seek out God’s will and direction for each service. For the music ministry\, that means that we do not strictly adhere to one specific genre. Do we sing choir music? Yes! Do we enjoy Praise and Worship music? We do! Do we do hymnal singing? Absolutely! Do we have soloists and groups that sing different styles of music? Of course! Do we sing contemporary Christian music? Count on it! The Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:22(b)-23\, “I do everything I can to win everyone I possibly can. I do all this for the good news\, because I want to share in its blessings.” We focus on the music but also the MESSAGE in the music. DESCRIPTION:Faith\, Food\, and Fellowship\nThe Brotherhood of CFBC comprises all men who wish to be a part.  Our meetings generally include getting together for food\, fellowship\, and devotional time.  The mission of the brotherhood is to identify\, organize\, and meet ministry needs in our community. Our monthly breakfast is held on the last Sunday of each month at 8:00 AM in the CFBC fellowship hall. Our mission verse is John 13:34-35   “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you\, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.” For more info see Bro.
